Michael Taylor directs Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, bank relations, corporate accounting, PHS site accounting, operational analysis, budgeting, internal audit and risk management. Prior to joining America Service Group in 2001, Mr. Taylor was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Mid-State Automotive Distributors, Inc. Mr. Taylor is a certified public accountant and began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP in Nashville, Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
