Group Vice President of Operations
Jesse Hubling has over 27 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has been involved in correctional healthcare since 1993. He provides oversight for PHS contracts in the southeast. He is responsible for overall program operations involving jail, prison and juvenile facility-based healthcare staff and providers at sites in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. Mr. Hubling has served in several capacities with PHS, including Vice President of Business Development and Regional Vice President. Before coming to PHS, he was Director of Patient Financial Services at The Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He is a member of the American Society for Quality Control.
