Scott Hoffman has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administative Officer since July, 1999 and was named Chief Compliance Officer in 2007. He served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration from July 1998 to July 1999. Mr. Hoffman is responsible for the Company's human resource intitiatives and various administrative functions. He joined PHS in 1998 and has more than 26 years of experience in healthcare human resources and management. Prior to joining PHS, Mr. Hoffman held various human resources positions at Hospital Corporation of America, Behavioral Healthcare Corporation and Equicor. He earned his Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.
