| Steve Hernandez has over 12 Years of correctional healthcare experience in managing, directing and leading the IT team. Throughout his employment with PHS he has always promoted collaboration between IT and the company lines. He is responsible for the company’s technology vision and goals. Through strategic and tactical planning he will ensure that technology is fully leveraged to meet company goals. Mr. Hernandez is pragmatic and intuitive, having extensive experience in managing complex information technology projects and organizations. Since joining PHS in 1996, Mr. Hernandez has launched the start-up of new technologies and developed a comprehensive enterprise-wide technology strategy to support the business plan. He has collaborated with client executives to create implementation plans needed to achieve strategic and operational objectives. He has served as chief consultant on technology to the executive team. Prior to joining PHS, Steve Hernandez worked 7 years managing and deploying financial applications for several system integrators in Pennsylvania before relocating with PHS to Tennessee. He received his BSBA degree with a major in finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1989. | ||||
