	Joanna Garcia is responsible for the development, contracting and claims payment of the network of physicians, hospitals and ancillary providers for the delivery of care and services to the PHS facilities. She has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry and has been with PHS since 1999. Prior to joining PHS, Ms. Garcia had various network development responsibilities with Humana, Inc. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
